Sifu Mark Barquera
Sifu Mark Barquera has had the great fortune of traveling abroad and has interacted, learned and shared knowledge of martial arts with practitioners from many different systems.
For 26 years, Sifu Mark lived in San Francisco, California, where he lived only 2 blocks away from the world famous Golden Gate Park. Golden Gate Park has always been a sanctuary and home to some of the greatest living Masters and practitioners of Chinese Kung Fu in the world. He was often seen training and teaching in the Golden Gate Park for many years. He had a large following of loyal disciples that he taught during his time in California. Sifu Mark has been fortunate to interact and touch hands with a variety of the parks finest Martial art masters during those 26 years before coming to Phoenix, AZ about two years ago.
Sifu Mark Barquera has a vast amount of martial arts experience. He has been very fortunate to train under the worlds best instructors.

· Wing Chun under Grandmaster Chris Chan (Chan Kam Shing) at US Wing Chun in San Francisco, CA
Sifu Mark holds a Masters fifth degree black belt certificate and is a member of the worlds most prestigious black belt society, members include Master Ron Pierce Kajukenbo,Te-Ching Jerry Cook, Sholin Monk Shi Yonkkai, Master JInheng Li (mentor of Jet Li) former captain of the Beijing National Wu Shu team, Dr.Xiao Pu Quan ( Chen Style Tai Chi) and many more.
Just recently, Sifu Mark was officially inducted into the worlds top 108 Shaolin Golden Boxers Society, a society requiring a fifth degree black belt level or higher and they are all especially noted for their fighting skills.
In 2002 Sifu Mark Barquera was promoted to Sifu level by Great Grand Master Chan Shing (Chris Chan) of San Francisco CA. in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Sifu Mark Barquera’s favorite system.
Sifu Mark brings to us a great purity and wealth of martial art talent and teaching ability and he is very generous with his students in sharing the true knowledge.
